3.1 Packing and Handling

The company takes care to pack items safely and efficiently. However, the client must inform us about fragile or valuable items requiring special handling. We are not liable for items damaged due to undisclosed handling requirements.

3.2 Transportation

We provide transportation services using our vehicles or contracted carriers. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to inform the client of any delays.

3.3 Unloading and Unpacking

Our team will unload and unpack items at the designated location. It is the client's responsibility to check for any damage or discrepancies at the time of delivery.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure the following:

• Provide accurate and complete information about the items and delivery location.
• Securely pack personal items such as jewelry, documents, and electronics before we arrive.
• Clear the path for our team to access the premises safely.
• Ensure someone is present to accept and inspect the items at the delivery location.

5. Payment Terms

All payments for services must be made as per the agreed-upon schedule:

• Advance Payment: A deposit is required to confirm the booking.
• Final Payment: Full payment must be made upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We accept payments via cash, credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods. Delays in payment may result in additional charges.

6. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule services under the following terms:

• Cancellation made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date is eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellation made within 24-48 hours of the scheduled date will incur a partial charge.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable.

7. Liability and Insurance

We are committed to providing safe and reliable services. However, certain limitations of liability apply:

7.1 Damage to Items

While we take every precaution, we are not liable for damages due to:

• Improper packing by the client.
• Transportation of restricted or hazardous items.
• Acts of nature or accidents beyond our control.

7.2 Insurance

Insurance coverage is available upon request. We recommend that clients purchase insurance to cover any high-value items. Please inquire with our team for more details.

8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

We strive to provide quality service and customer satisfaction. If you have any complaints, please contact our support team. We will address concerns promptly. If a dispute arises, both parties agree to resolve it through mediation before taking legal action.

9. Prohibited Items

For safety reasons, certain items cannot be transported by Ambaji Packers & Movers, including:

• Flammable or hazardous materials.
• Weapons, explosives, or ammunition.
• Perishable goods without appropriate storage.
• Illegal substances or stolen property.

Clients are responsible for ensuring no prohibited items are included in their belongings. If found, such items will be reported to authorities and removed from the shipment.

10. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ambaji Packers & Movers and its employees from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from the client's negligence or violation of these terms.

11. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Any personal information shared with us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not disclose information to third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
